How much poo do I need to send in?
The sample should be a golf ball size amount. You should pinch multiple bits from the freshest pile you have.
When can I bring my sample in to be tested?
We test every Tuesday and Thursday at The Paddock Pantry. you can drop your sample of from Monday through to Thursday 1pm and will get your results either on the day or the day after.
Do you remind me when i need to do a worm egg count?
Yes, we will send out reminders for Worm egg counts by email.
How do I pay for the service?
When you drop your sample in The Paddock Pantry, you pay at the till. easy as that!
Do I need to purchase a sample collection kit?
We do provide sample collection kits but you can also bring the sample in any clean container/plastic bag and we will take your details in the shop.
