How much poo do I need to send in?
The sample should be a golf ball size amount. You should pinch multiple bits from the freshest pile you have.
When can I bring my sample in to be tested?
you can send your sample to my home address anytime or drop it off at The Paddock Pantry in Sturminster Newton on Saturdays 9-1 and Mondays 9-4.30. The samples are collected on Monday and processed then.
How do I pay for the service?
you can pay via bank, Monzo or PayPal when sending or dropping the sample to me. When you drop your sample in The Paddock Pantry, you pay at the till. easy as that!
Do I need to purchase a sample collection kit?
We do provide sample collection kits but you can also bring the sample in any clean container/plastic bag and we will take your details in the shop. when sending a sample by post be sure to attach your name, phone number and email address, so we can contact you!
